	Spring 8 is Public Safety's information gathering section. With it's massive computing power and exremely advanced AI, Spring 8 can predict and analyze any scenario. Spring 8 is also capable of monitoring all communication systems simultaneously, although this function is reserved for crucial information gathering ordered by the Director or Prime Minister. Spring 8's operatives and agents are worldwide and throughout the network. Despite being Public Safety's clearinghouse for all information, not much is known about Spring 8's actual operation.
