This episode has the perfect balance of thought-provoking dialogue, exciting action, suspense, and horrible plot twistiness. In other words, this episode is what GitS:SAC is all about.

A serious episode. I couldn't find anything to laugh about, unless I was a really disturbing person who finds the slaughter of innocent civilians and the duping of public agencies to be funny.
