The Visual Device Laughs; INTERCEPTOR

A case of corporate terrorism, known as the Laughing-Man case, has been investigated for many years. A police officer on the case dies suddenly, a police officer that was to meet shortly with Togusa about suspicious activity on the case. As Togusa tries to discover the suspicious activity, more information arises concerning the case the officer had been working on.
